The number of students assigned to a course differs according to the type of course you choose. A One-to-One course is a private class with one student, and group courses will have 5-15 students on average.

No; books or course materials are not included in the course fee and will have to be purchased separately when you register for your course.

You can pay for the course by any of the following methods: cash, credit/debit card, payfort, bank transfer or bank cheque. No personal cheques.

Our refund policy depends on the cancellation of the course. The refund amount according to the cancellation time is as follows:

• Cancellation in 14 or more days before the start of course = 50% refund of the course fee
• Cancellation in 8-13 days before the start of course = 30% refund of the course fee
• Cancellation in 7 or fewer days before the start of the course = no refund
• Cancellation after attending the start of a group course, forfeits the right to claiming any refund or attending a different course
• Cancelling an ongoing One-to-One private class forfeits the right to claiming any refund

In rare cases, courses may be postponed due to an insufficient number of students, (on average, we require a minimum of 5 students to run any course), conflicting schedules, sickness or unforeseen changes. Should this be the case, we will ensure that you are informed well in advance and are up to date with the course status.

There are 5 English Language Levels in total, starting from Beginner level to Advanced level. We recommend reaching a minimum of Upper Intermediate Level in order to communicate effectively in all work and personal situations.

Express courses take place every day, 5 days a week, Sunday-Thursday, while regular courses take place 2-3 times per week, with a weekend option. The content is the same for both options.

Yes, we do! Our courses run 7 days a week to accommodate everyone’s busy schedules.

If you miss a class, you will need to try to catch up on the material that you missed from another student in the class. You also have the option of taking a private, one-hour class with the tutor for a small additional fee.

Yes, you can choose the time and frequency of your classes as per your convenience.

Yes, this is usually possible depending on your timings, location and availability of instructors. This will obviously occur an additional charge and an additional transportation fee.
