Founder’s Vision

Having worked with the majority of internationally accredited exam boards and educational institutions (OET, IELTS and Cambridge Assessment English), I have found that they all share a common goal. That goal is to ensure the quality in the ‘quality assurance’ of their exams and at Educate Learn Develop (ELD), we follow the same principle.

The inspiration for ELD came from my love of teaching English language. I am constantly inspired when I see students gain confidence in proving their language skills to the world and when exam candidates achieve success in their English language exams. As a teacher, learning coordinator, venue manager and accredited examiner/examiner trainer for twenty-five years, both in the UK and throughout the Middle East, I have had the pleasure of seeing thousands of students and candidates realise their dreams through learning and testing.

‘‘Educate Learn Develop’ is a highly reputable training institute, running quality exam preparation courses for IELTS, OET, BEC and ICDL . We are also an accredited IELTS Test Venue for British Council and a test centre for OET exams, with Cambridge Boxhill. ELD is based in Office 106 Opal Tower, Business Bay, Dubai; strategically located on Burj Khalif Boulevard. Our office is close to all public transport links and has ample free parking for visitors on 3 basement levels. Our training centre is well equipped with modern, state-of-the art computer labs and classrooms. Our IELTS and OET course trainers are highly qualified and experienced native speaker teachers from the UK, Australia, Canada and the US.
